Geehy’s G32M3101 series motor control SoCs have successfully passed IEC 60730/60335 functional safety certification. This achievement demonstrates world-class safety design, allowing Geehy to offer a Class B-compliant functional safety library. This helps customers shorten development cycles, lower certification costs, and bring safe, reliable products to market faster.

With the rapid growth of smart home appliances and the Industrial IoT, electrification and intelligence are driving industry transformation. G32M3101 Motor Control SoC

The G32M3101 series features a 64MHz Arm Cortex-M0+ core, 64KB Flash, and 8KB SRAM for efficient motor control processing. It includes a built-in DIV/MULT algorithm acceleration unit for optimized sensored and sensorless FOC control.

 

• Highly integrated design: Includes a 40V 3P+3N gate driver and a built-in 5V/60mA ±0.5% high-precision LDO to power the internal MCU, removing the need for extra power modules.

• Rich peripherals: Built-in 12-bit high-precision ADC with DMA support, ±5°C high-precision temperature sensor, 2 rail-to-rail operational amplifiers, 2 programmable analog comparators, and integrated UART/SPI interfaces for versatile control and connectivity.

• Flexible packaging: Available in QFN32, LQFP32, and SSOP28/24 packages.

• Typical applications: Low-voltage ceiling fans, pedestal fans, air purifiers, water pumps, and massage guns.
